Our Mission

Park Avenue United Methodist Church will continue to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to the mandate set down for the Church in Matthew 28:19-20. We will strive to be the best possible witnesses and incarnations of God’s redeeming love.

We will encourage and empower the members to be caring and loving individuals, as we look at the multitude of ways we can grow with integrity, ready to meet the needs of seekers in our neighborhood. This mission will be accomplished through prayer, education, outreach, and the grace of God as exemplified in and through our Lord, Jesus Christ.
